The sixth batch of SRDI (Specialized, Refined, Differentiated, and Innovative) "Little Giant" enterprise cultivation and recognition, led by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), has completed its review process, with the official list now publicly announced. According to MIIT statistics, 271 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from Beijing were selected for the sixth batch of National SRDI "Little Giant" enterprises, among which FUTURUS (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. was included.

"SRDI" refers to enterprises characterized by Specialization, Refinement, Differentiation, and Innovation. SRDI "Little Giant" enterprises represent the top tier of this group—they are pacesetting companies that focus on niche markets, excel in innovation, command high market share, master critical core technologies, and deliver superior quality and efficiency. They are also widely recognized as benchmark representatives of China's "new quality productive forces."
Since its inception, FUTURUS has remained steadfastly committed to in-house innovation. Its product portfolio now spans W-HUD, AR-HUD, full-windshield P-HUD, light field MR-HUD, and more—capable of meeting user demands for in-vehicle intelligent interaction across all stages of autonomous driving from L2 to L5. The company operates HUD manufacturing bases in both Chongqing and Beijing: the Chongqing facility boasts an annual production capacity of 800,000 units, while the Beijing facility supports 500,000 units per year. Both plants are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949.

In just 25 months, FUTURUS surpassed 500,000 HUD units shipped, making it the fastest-growing company in the HUD industry by shipment volume. In 2023, FUTURUS captured a 10.6% share of China's domestic HUD market, ranking among the top three Chinese suppliers. Notably, within the RMB 300,000+ vehicle segment, the company secured a commanding 21.48% share of the premium market—ranking first in China.
FUTURUS has assembled an elite team of over 300 R&D professionals spanning optical innovation, software development, and project management, capable of delivering high-definition HUD optical designs that are crisp, distortion-free, ghost-free, and grain-free. The company has developed AR Kernel®, its proprietary AR real-time rendering engine, which delivers high-frame-rate, high-performance real-time 3D rendering. Powered by multi-sensor fusion algorithms combined with spatial motion capture and latency compensation technology, AR Kernel® ensures precise latency control, reduces motion sickness, and achieves stable, accurate registration of HUD imagery with real-world driving environments.
To date, FUTURUS has filed 535 patents globally, including 340 invention patents, 61 international patents, and 102 interaction patents. The company ranks as the top Chinese firm by total HUD technology patent applications worldwide over the past four years, and holds the No. 1 position globally in AR-HUD patent applications.

FUTURUS continues to actively respond to national initiatives by strengthening its core product and patent portfolio, playing a leading role in driving innovation across the automotive display industry chain. Beyond being recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, the company has previously earned a series of official designations, including Beijing SRDI SME, Beijing Intellectual Property Demonstration Unit, Beijing Municipal Enterprise Science and Technology R&D Institution, and Beijing Design Innovation Center.
"Small" today, "Giant" tomorrow—being named as National SRDI "Little Giant" Enterprise is not only a strong endorsement of FUTURUS's sustained innovation capabilities, but also a resounding affirmation of the company's unwavering dedication to automotive display technology and its relentless pursuit of HUD hard-tech excellence.
